Parent/Teacher Conferences will be taking place on the evening of Thursday, November 16th, the afternoon and evening of Monday, November 20th, and the afternoon of Tuesday, November 21st for SELECT STUDENTS only.

If you need to find the 4th grade homework for each class nightly, please click on the icon "Classroom Calendar/Homework" on the left of the screen. Then click on the individual class on a particular day to see what we did in class and what the homework is.

Math Supplies Needed for 2017-18:

one 3-5 subject (150 to 200 page) notebook preferably with pocket dividers

pencils

erasers

1 Math folder

handheld pencil sharpener - helpful but not necessary

JUST A REMINDER FOR THOSE ENTERING 6th GRADE - YOUR SUMMER MATH PACKET IS DUE TO MRS.  MATTER ON THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL NEXT WEEK. ADDITIONAL COPIES ARE FOUND IN THE MAIN OFFICE AT SCHOOL IF YOU MISPLACED YOUR PACKET.

The criteria for acceptance into the Accelerated 6th Grade Math program in September is as follows:

1.  An average of 92 or better on chapter or unit tests in 5th grade  (before test corrections, only original test will be averaged).

2.  Teacher recommendation based upon willingness to take on new challenges, conscientiousness, and organization.    

3.  An 83 or better on the 5th Grade Performance Test given on June 13th.
